Been tempted by one of these as a future car. I heard one tear off the other day, it sounded very very tasty. Couple of HKS cans on the back would be
I did punish one in the scoob so the power would worry me, and having to thrash it.

they are awesome to drive and against a standard scooby there's nothing in it straightline
Thing is worrying about how you'll do in a straight drag is missing the point of the car....I have the HKS cans on and at 9000rpms it sounds very very exotic. I ditched an M3 for one and have no regrets
It still quick enough to keep up with most things you are likely to come across but forget trying to stay with a Scoob in the wet...

Get one, they are awesome cars.
I just sold mine about 3 weeks ago. Miss it loads. Very quick, reliable, no rattles and the sound is superb.
I loved it because you just have to thrash it and are always dropping gears.....can put it into 3rd at 90 on the motorway which is a bit scary at first but you soon get used to it...get one you won't regret it.
Only negative thing which I thought was pretty cool was the Knight Rider style dash

Admittidley I was running 260bhp at the time, so only right I won A colleague here at work has one and although its quite basic inside, its tasteful and the leather is top notch. Still a bit pricey for me, even second hand

I have a friend who is just about to sell his (got a baby on the way)
Its silver on a V plate (i think...) got about 15,000 miles over three years (which is an embaressment ), new version clutch and suspension settings from Mr Honda's warranty. Totally immaculate (coz it hardly left his garage and he wouldnt let his wife drive it ). Think he's looking for about 16- 17K.
and he's down in Surrey
let me know if this is of any interest
