When puttin the new bulb in, don't touch the bulb's glass...coz it'll go bang almost straight away.

no as in how to take then out cos it looks asthough the bulb connectors are soldered to the wires. wot should i do?

Give your main dealer a call...
Could just be a way that BMW are trying to get you to come back to them for everything, even small things like replacement bulbs?!
Usually easy enough to change bulbs but if soldered on then you might be in for main dealer prices!

Unclip the cover take the wiring plug and bulb comes out.
Not hard- nothing like the Ka bulbs are to change
