According to Autocar magazine the ST150 is due in 2004 running a 2.0 litre duratec engine with 148bhp. Sub 8.0sec 0-60 and 130mph for approx. £13,500

Should have more power...

It's behind the game with the Clio 172 already very popular, then there's the new 206 GTi-180 on it's way and stuff like the Corsa GSi Turbo, etc, so plenty of strong competition.

Should be an ST170 IMO.

yes but with the fiesta rs on its way in 2004 i think the st150 will be like the focus st170 just a stop gap until the big boys arrive.

As mentioned above, it should have a wee bit more power but in true ford stylee i'm sure the parts for the st170 engine will be simply interchangeable therfore releasing the wee fiesta to bite the heels of the clio et al!.........well hopefully anyway!

I almost bought an ST170 yesterday, I can't really afford one though I thought about waiting a while and getting an ST150. Maybe I'll just try save some pennies and check again in a couple of months..... I do like the Focus though

The ST150 has been ditched as it was deemed not hot enough, so expect a Fiesta ST170 or similar.
will probably use the Focus engine.
