Talking

Driving down the A14 on Saturday when this huge silver thing comes into view. It was jaw dropping to say the least.

He overtook us and then went past a couple of guys on bikes, an R1 and a Fireblade. They decided to give chase. The guy in the Zonda floored it an wiped the floor with the bikes. Never I have I seen any road car move that quick. Awesome!!!

they are fast, very fast and ultra imposing- I turned up one Thursday last yr to the 'ring and found 8 of them in testing on the track. For those that know the track it has a very, very long straight which is usually closed on public days. It was being used by various manufacturers and as a Murcielago thundered down the straight at max revs it was overtaken by 3 of these Zonda's! the best noise I have ever heard including from racing cars.

What is the Zonda geared to do, 220mph? After 100mph I can't think of many bikes that would whoop a Zonda!

Arron Bird, that's a good trick - I don't know many bikes that can wipe their own *****.

Remind me of the day i found an F50 on the M40 in bouncing rain (rain was bouncing almost a foot high in a high intensity microburst).

Waved at him and eventually goaded him into a bit of an acceleration contest, road was so wet he couldnt put down his power from 60 mph (our cruising speed in the rain), so the P1 actually won! He was so pissed off, highly amusing, but he waxed me when it dried out later on *lol*

Looked stunning.

There was one "parked" just 2 doors up from my house a few months back, in Bushey, Herts. It was Silver too. I drove past it, parked up and walked back to have a look. Very wide at the back.... looked like it was parked at an angle but it wasn't. I heard him start it up about half an hour later, before it drove away. If I ever see my neighbour (don't know him) in the garden i'll ask if it was a (rich!) friend of theirs.

Don't you get a pair a tailored driving shoes from the oficial cobbler to the pope or someting when you by one.

Mark, i've got your book, will return it at Tues meet, (nearly lost it at the Bed's, Buck's, Hert's meet though )

Thats right you do.

Also get matching suitcase or something like that to go with the interior.
