I do believe that Abbey Motorsport have been responsible for the modifications to the car.
Under the bonnet is just a riddle of mods, but it looks, sounds and goes like no other R33

Its running a T78 turbo, producing ~700bhp. It isn't the fastest GTR in the country, the Jun car has more power ~850bhp and the GT-Art car has been dynoed at around 750bhp, but neither of these cars have been running in many events this summer.
To get a T78 setup all work done in UK giving similar power to Ronnies would cost about £30k. But there are other options to get similar power cheaper IMHO.

Jun car has done a 10.04 at crail this year
supposedly got circa 1000bhp although is there even dyno's that can register that kinda grunt.
and what about torque, any one know of any ft/lb figures for any of these cars?

It is the JUN car, bought by Dave Jones and for sale @ £49995. I believe Dave will take offers @ £48000.
The JUN car has done a 10.2 1/4 in Japan, but best time it has done in the UK was 10.8. I'm not sure if it has a real 1000bhp, as Top Secret cars with similar quoted power run 9 second times, still @ £48k it really is a bargain.

Christian - i think there is more than one "kicking around" the UK!
Ohhhh - Hyper Lemon, yummy!
I want, I want.
Remember though guys, that is Japanese BHP - don't they have a different way of measuring this?
I though 1000 Jap BHP equated to about 800 UK bhp. Thats why when the supposed 1000bhp cars come over they always without a doubt fall short of the figures expected...
Same with the Blitz/Racelogic Supra.
But - 750 British BHP in a skyline is looking nice!
