A little while ago, someone posted a sound clip of what these cars sounded like.
Would it be possible for someone to do that again.

The same as every (non-italian) performance V6 - muted and smooth. Only the M3 gets close to a stimulating V6 exhaust note And if anyone is going to mute and dull an engine note - you can count on VW!

<pedant mode> it isn't BECAUSE it's a straight-6, although you are right it is in-line, I was of course clubbing all six-pots together </pedant mode> ;_

....althought the TVR Speed 6 is another with a beautiful exhaust note, but that's about it...much is the pity
