Hi all,
As I'm sure you are all aware the venue has been changed,the new venue is now Elvington airfield in York.
A few of the original ten have dropped out due to the extra mileage involved,so if any of you would like to participate in your modded scoob then let me know.E-mail as per profile.

just had confirmation that the MLR register are going to support our event on the 4th august and will bring ten mega Evos, including some 400+ ones.
nows the time for the evo n scooby debate!

From what I can remember it's a 0-60,1/2mile drag,top speed run,handlin course and track day all in one.Should be excellent and I can't wait to watch.Subarus,Evos,Skylines,GTIRs,Cosworths,Vipers etc.will all be there.

it is 1/2 mile drag head to head, single car top speed runs and either an open circuit short track or most likely single car timed sprints.

i'm awaiting the scooby and evo lists to be updated if any changes.
we are also considering running the last hour as pure top speed runs using the full 2.5mile runway, allowing approx 1.75 miles for absolute top speed. this was requested by some of the mega power skyline owners. it may be workable if we feel there is enough interest and time on the day. the runways at elvington are flat and straight, without any major stone/gravel damage expected. (will be swept also). we have used it before and it was also used by one of our members to run his record 243.6mph porsche top speed run.
one of the skylines recently hit 189mph in 1.4 miles!
anyway, i await simons list should there be any changes etc.
