I'd go f***ing spare mate. No way I'd have paid them a bean. You need to get right on to this and demand a new seat and ask for the scratches to be professionally removed.

IMHO the only way to do the rear window on a Scoob is to remove the seats completely.

Get on to trading standards, they worked a treat for me when I bought a suspect M3 from a dealer. Got me a full refund within 2 hours of them receiving a letter from them after 6 weeks of hassle on my own!

http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/

http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/ (the one I used)

They have also just sorted my mate out with a complete brand new windscreen in one week after one of those supermarket car park companies drilled a hole in his screen as a fix for his 'chipped' windscreen.
