what is it, an STI or WRX, it wont be any higher speced than a PPP version of both....

Then couple that with the bloody gun case and all the **** they carry in the boot and you have one pretty heavy car.

And thats before the 2 do-nut eating bloaters even get in to sit down lol.

And the police wonder why so many people think they are stuck up there own ****

Whats wrong with just asking an innocent, freindly question? It seems the Police cant give a civil answer.

Probably jealous cos when he gets back to the station he has to drive his battered Corsa or Vectra home and only gets to play with the scoob when he's at work.

Did i ever tell any of you lot i dont like most police very much? lol.

If they are reading this thread, 'At least we own our scoobs '

The recent program on bbc1 about the traffic cops in mcr with imprezas turned out to be one of my old work mates who joined up years ago. I contacted him and we got chatting about imprezas.
Very friendly chap, and imo opinion, him driving his my02 wrx, fully donut laden and with all the electronics and other guff they carry, would blow me into the weeds!

WHY? driver training, that's why. All those "have a go" traffic light heros, wouldn't stand a cat in hells chance against a fully trained police driver.

So, yes, it would be faster than you

Faster than ours? Maybe (defo faster than mine, lol) but we arent all 'Have a go' traffic light heroes. Some of us have some sense and have grown up past the point of sniffling teenage idiot in thier mums Corsa wanting to race everyone.

There is no reason to give sarcy comments when a member of the public asks a civil question. A good way to build police relationships that is ( )

Not all police are the same, its just unfortunate the majority of the ones i come across are like this. No need for it.

Anyway, not wanting to get into an argument. I bet the car is nice, havent seen it yet, but when i do i'll give them a wave . lol

Faster than me, i really do somehow doubt it. Making presumtions is a dangerous thing to do my friend, i dont make statements that i cant really back up

so he may well be faster than, you, personally, i still think many halfway decent drivers would be as fast, if not quicker. Its not as if the police are the most highly skilled on the road is it, there are many idiot behind the wheel, you only have to look at the amount of scrap police vehicles there are.

Granted, there wilol be some very good drivers, so dont go off on one and muppetize this thread

My mates dad has done the police high speed course and passed as he is a driving instructor for the fire brigade. Some of the stuff he has told me is spot on and mostely common sence. Makes you wounder why there there are so many muppits on the road.

Also to go on with the other chap about c**p coppers Iv nearly been hit twice by pander cars going through red lights with no lights or siren on!!!
Im certain they dont teach that.

And also there are sound coppers and not so sound ones. Iv met both and think its just pot luck.

Drive safely guys
