good place to rent a house / flat in manchester

Default good place to rent a house / flat in manchester

hello smacs

ive just been made redundent and invited to work in manchester i live in south east london and i need to find a place asap any1 got any idea where to live? i need to find a place near man u football ground and i got budget of 400-550 a month on rent and looking for at least a double bedroom flat,

old trafford is south side of manchester and is easy to get to off the m60 anyway. where are you going to be working.(commuting in from cheshire/derbyshire will improve insurance)

for that amount you should get somewhere reasonable,

A work mate has a Room to let in his house in Buxton I think its about £300 a month but about 30miles to travel. Nice roads to play on though.

Some of the Stockport lads might give you a idea on how much houses cost to rent in Stockport area.

thanks for info the labs near manchester football ground just down the round i dont really want to commute more then 15 miles each way

There's no such thing as smewhere cheap and on the south side, i was looking earlier in the year if your lucky you may fin a studio for £350 at a push-more like £400, try warrington thats cheaper to rent andd has great access to the motorway.

You mean Old Trafford the home of Man Utd, or the other one as aparently there are two clubs in manchester!!!

ive seen a property for sale in Sharp Street, Walkden does any 1 know if its a nice area and how the people are like

best place would be a cracking town just down the road full of really nice welcoming people with access to all kinds of night life and beautiful woman, loads of things to see and do all the time its a really nice town with a certain buzz about it and the people will always go that extra yard to help you. theres access to all the motorways and train stations are abundant. it really is the place to live as you can find any sort of accommodation your looking for for a wide range of prices. the place is called

Hi, Yes, Sharp st is ok, not too bad there, new estate just built on there too. the people are ok, but I would say that as i'm local

Walkden isn't that bad. Safer and cheaper than central Manchester. Will have a look at Sharp Street when passing next week.
