Default Am I normal????

Ok, this is NOT a trick question. So no sarky comments please, this is VERY serious!!!!

As most of you already know i have sold my pink car and tomorrow is the BIG day.......but, I feel sick, I have butterflies in my stomach, I feel agitated and keep bursting into tears
Ants been very good and I know i dont have to sell her if i really dont want to do it, but i do want to sell her as what is replacing her is much better, although i will never think of it the way i do about my pink one
Is this normal or should i book myself into the mental clinic now??

The only other car Ive ever owned that I was sad to sell was my previous scooby. And worse than that, I wasnt getting another one! It was swapped for a Mondeo!!

I think its pretty normal, and you'll be ok.

The major problem here is the wait for the new car.
If it was going to be on the drive straight after The Pink One drives off in to the distance you would feel a bit better.
Its ok to feel down but look to the future, and its WHITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You feel like your loosing a member of the family.

It is normal - as when i sold my Astra GTE I felt the same even the G/F gave me a hug when the bloke who bought it drove off in it (dont laugh)!!!

I am also in the same boat as you again as I dont want to sell my current scooby classic for the same car youve just bought but a UK STI same shape

remember your moving onto a much better car - once there there will be no looking back - apart from missing the colour

regards

Justin

Nothing wrong with that feeling Jak, although I'm sure Ant isn't feeling quite the same Your losing what has been a part of you when the Princess goes, only natural to feel the loss in the pit of your stomach. Bear with it, and before you know it, you'll be the proud owner of that gorgeous sti I put you onto

There was a point last week where it looked like i was gonna have to sell my Scoob and i tell you i was f*****g devastated, i was on such a low it was untrue.

The reason my you are so upset is your pink Scooby is so personal to you - a one off but trust me it will go to a good home and are getting arguably a better car.
