Hi Steve, long time no post. If you want to look at some Lotus', just carry on past my house for about 3/4 mile and you're there.
I'm not after a change yet, but my cousin is interested in an Esprite Or should I say he was, until he had a run out in the Dales with me today
I think the Lotus Buckles meet is on the last tuesday each month. Can anyone confirm ?

Always had a soft spot for an Elise.. tested one a few years back and loved it to bits..
Exige 2 is pretty special.. just have to convince the missus that 2 seats is enough..
Ssshhh BTW.. this appears to be a secret WYIOC thread..

Having driven an Exige I'd have to say a firm NO.
I class myself as an 'enthusiastic' driver but those bleeding things are strictly a track only car. Do any kind of distance in one on the road and you'll arrive nackered, deaf and sweaty.
...but with a very broad smile.
Only for the seriously hardcore driver. And I still stand by my opinion that a well driven Scooby would be in front on anything other than a glass-like race track, and still maintain a relative amount of comfort and carry 4/5 people + luggage.
Still bags a go if you get one though
(Al, I won't tell if you don't)
