Sorry I cant make Thursday as I am going down to Bedford during the day. We've got a hotel booked local to the Bedford Aerodome for the VX track day which starts early on Friday morning.

Have a good drive and see you soon. Shame I'm gonna miss what promises to be one of the bigger meets tbh but drive safely and have fun.

usual format, we meet here just where the map says "DOOLEY" in Dooley Lane.
It is a pub called the Hare and Hounds, and has a sizable carpark.
It seems the south yorkshire scoobys would like to meet up too, so how about meeting someplace like here at the snake pass inn?
The south mcr scoobys would get a nice run down the snake, likewise the south yorkies would too, have a coke, and then maybe a run through Castleton and Hope to finish the night off?
Hope you like the format, if I can get a babysitter, I will come along and film the procedings.
As usual, let me know if your coming, and that includes you guys from south yorkshire too!

I'm working afternoons, gutted I will not be able to go!

 

Time wise, for us to meet up, me to get petrol, gav to get money and then drive through glossop avoiding all the speed cameras, then negotiate the slow drivers on the snake pass........should take us around 45 mins to an hour to get to the snake pass inn. It would be around 8:30pm then, plenty of time for a coca cola and ice, and then a spin through castleton.

I'll be there this week..... deffinately. My car will be finished by then too!!!!!!

At the moment though, it doesn't look good. Put on my new turbo, fuel regulator and oil catch tank yesterday (it took 16 hours!). Went to start it this morning and found it was pis5ing Optimax everywhere..... i had bust an o-ring that should seal the regulator in..... have to get a new o-ring tomorrow and all will be well.
ECUTEK ON TUESDAY! WOOHOOOO!

so, 20:30 it is, although I did the route on sunday from my house to the snake inn, and it only took me about 25 mins, so we may be there earlier than 20:30.
I just hope thier carpark is big enough for us all!

I am sure I wont be the only one to mention the fact that a gaggle of scoobys! like this will attract certain unwanted attention.
We are in a fairly large convoy, so lets be careful, that neck of the woods is quite heavily policed, so lets not give them anything to get worried about.
