Going to have to cancel this sunday's run, as the wife is now working. Unless that is, we all take our kids out?
Nice drive over to somewhere with a play area, and a meal, then drive back?
chris.

Clicky link to street map website showing Parbold location
If you are travelling North up M6, exit Junction 27 and turn left onto A5209. The Wiggin Tree Pub is on the other side of the village on top of the hill

I am definatly NOT going tonight, but thanks for the directions rusty. I have doublebooked myself with my advanced driving instructor, and would rather go out with him tonight as I need the coaching!
See you all at the big one in a few weeks, let me know what you have organised,
chris.

That sounds like the kind of tuition I would be interested in to make me feel safer about turbo ownership Also have been looking at skidpan training for a while so put me down, dates and cost pending.
got your mail, thanks

Unfortunatly I can't make a drive out tomorrow as the wife is working till 9pm. Thats not to say you lot shouldn't go out though, you have my permission, hehe.
Mad Scientist should be ok to organise, if not, then supertouring should be up for one, I think!
Have a good one whatever you do, and I will organise something for this Sunday, with a route and some pub stops along the way. Would anyone be up for a family run? With maybe a pub meal en route?
Let me know,
chris

Hi Chris,
I haven't been able to make any of your evening swarays out( WORK/WORK AND MORE WORK!!) but I am definitely on for the NBO.
I have spoken to Chas NW co ordinator, he is going to let me know where they are meeting so perhaps the lads and lasses from around here can meet up then travel down with the Group from the NW???
What do you think??
Nige

Hey Chris,
Are you coming up to the Wiggin Tree meet? It's tomorrow (Wednesday 4th June) night, 7:30pm in Parbold, just off the M6 (is it junction 27 )
See you there if you can make it
Cheers, Jon

rasher, yhm.
the drive with terry tonight was once again very wet, but not as bad as last time.
we went up the snake, through castleton, through to buxton, and down long hill.
great drive again, and yet more instruction on how to place the car on the road for corners and unseen obstacles.
my confidence in the car is growing everytime I go out with him.
on another note, terry mentioned about skid pan training, and knows of a place in northwich, I think, that hires a skidpan out to groups, anyone interested?
I dont know any details just yet, but he is getting back to me,
chris.

Ok chaps, I will keep you all posted when I hear something deffo on the skidpan front. In the meantime, is anyone up for a drive this sunday evening?
We havn't got together for a while now, my video camera is working and I have a new Sony P72 Digital Camera to play with also.
I know of a great location in Mellor where we can have a group shot of the cars (mellor church car park, very green)
7:30 at the hare and hounds again in otterspool?
Hope to see you sunday,
chris.

Beware Chris
As soon as you leave the beaten track around Jodrall Bank there are horse riders everywhere! I've been on the end of a few 'fist shakes' in those parts.
Also, watch out for speed traps if your planning on travelling through Alderley Edge.
Hope this helps you plan the route!
Paul
Edited to say : I've just noticed you've left me of the list! are you trying to tell me something
