Default Feelings of guilt
Ali and I have a villa in Floriida.
We have had two management companies.
We sacked the 1st
The guys that ran the 2nd sold up mid 2013
The new owners seem alright, although having said that, Peter has had a stroke which has left Julie handling all the day to day stuff.

The nw management co don't fill me me with confidence.

Any recommendations for a short term let management company in Central Florida?

Oh. The guilt is that Joe, who I got on with, and was my gardener out there. He shot himself in the head. What rips me up is that I saw it coming and I didn't do anything about it

Wayne Rooney now earns £300000 per week, that would mean Joe earned £3 million per week! How did he manage to spunk all that and end up mowing your lawn??
