From what I can see it starts at £250,000.
Is that what you are suggesting,
or is this just an academic exercise?

Funny my friend and I were laughing at the cheesiness of that very advert on the radio today.

I have a major issue with new builds ie imho they are massively over priced. If you like the area then go take a look at some 2/3 bed older houses in the area. You'll probably get one for about the same as a 1 bed flat in that development

Yeah. The wife is suggesting we consider it. I wouldn't touch it with yours.

Like I said it is top of the market tactics; lure in the last suckers and make it very easy for them to take on the debt (2000k deposit). I wonder if they have the finance in place already from their own mortgage broker? Just sign on the dotted line and we take credit cards? 100% mortgages?

That's women for you, they're like magpies anything shiny and new and they're like flies round ****,, you only have to look in their wardrobes and kitchen cupboards to see their level of financial acumen.

Flame suit on.
