Funny my friend and I were laughing at the cheesiness of that very advert on the radio today.

I have a major issue with new builds ie imho they are massively over priced. If you like the area then go take a look at some 2/3 bed older houses in the area. You'll probably get one for about the same as a 1 bed flat in that development

I drive through that area a lot, you would have to pay me to live there!!!;)

Anyway starts at £250,000 and you dont get a parking space!!:brickwall

Like I said it is top of the market tactics; lure in the last suckers and make it very easy for them to take on the debt (2000k deposit). I wonder if they have the finance in place already from their own mortgage broker? Just sign on the dotted line and we take credit cards? 100% mortgages?

That's women for you, they're like magpies anything shiny and new and they're like flies round sh!t,, you only have to look in their wardrobes and kitchen cupboards to see their level of financial acumen. ;)
