I've got to book flights for approx 15 people to Krakow. Any of the sites I've been on so far only allow you to book 8 people.
The thing I'm worried about with this is that after I book the initial 8 and do the remaining ones the plane could either be full by then, or the price goes up as they haven't got many seats left to fill.

I'm a bit put off using the stag companies, as I made a few enquiries a few months ago when I found out I was going to be best man and have received numerous phone calls and emails since, despite me saying I'm not interested.

Can anyone recommend a company I could use, preferably one that wont be hassling me every 5 mins? Or any particularly good experiences with stag do companies?

Why dont you just pick up the phone? Even its just to check how much space is on the flight

Yes good idea, hadn't thought that they'd tell me how many spaces are left on the flight.

As above easier to ring the travel company to find out, then if you can't get one price book the first 8 then the remaining then split the costs to keep things fair.

+1 for chilli sauce, mine was UK based, but they seemed genuinely helpful, and you get a single point of contact with them, which I liked.
Offers you can't get straight through to the airline try via a travel agent they should be able to do your large booking at once

I let everyone book their own, told them the time I was flying and left it at that.

I done it for 16 I just took the money and booked the hotel then it was up to them to get flights, it started off 23 bodies then 16 went it was too much hassle

My cousins have both used freedom. Seemed ok. Certainly a good way to get everyone to pay as there is always someone slow at paying up.

The only two criticisms is they charge for credit cards. I used my credit card just incase they went bump ( due to the timescale between paying and going ).

The other criticism is more to do with the hotel. Hilton - they put three men in a family room with one in a sofa bed. So the person on the sofa bed was short changed : you don't expect adults to be given sofa beds in a five star hotel.
