Talking No snow predictions yet?

C'mon S'netters.

We've normally got snow predictions by now!

This might be useful to gain some inaccurate predictions!

http://earth.nullschool.net

I think there'll be some snow by end of Jan.

Currently 10c in Wakefield.

Accuweather reports temps hovering close to 10c until Feb 19th. Jan 19th could be touch and go 2c and a thunderstorm forecast.

We usually get the tail-end of whatever they've had on the USA east coast, looks bad there at the minute...

Given the mild and wet winter we've had so far I don't expect we'll be seeing any this winter. Bet you're all glad of your winter tyres

(Won't be saying that if it does snow )

Yup, had plenty snow in the last couple of weeks and as per usual the Nokians did the forester proud, but not much I could do when the snow gates were shut

TBH we usually only get snow when we get Siberian/Arctic winds. I think weather from US has to cross the Gulf Stream and gets hotter, that usually means rain when it hits cool but not freezing UK temps.

If there are any snow sports fans on here, all the scottish ski centres have plenty of cover.
