Anything with "Viewing By Appointment" is generally someone who is trading as a secondary job, outside of their main job, hence they are not available all of the time.
I have no way of knowing if it's dodgy or even linked to Keighley Trade Centre.

I just would not deal with a "bona fide" company that puts the following unintelligible drivel on a customer facing document.
“We Specialise in All Used Cars We highly value our customers’ needs so we offer any car part exchange offer to help you were we can”
Personally I would proceed with any deal on the basis I had met the guy in a pub – could be a deal, but HEAVILY price dependant

Have a look at Portland cars (Doncaster) before you dismiss the 'home traders'.
I also know of another but he doesn't have half as many
Back on topic have you had a look on m3cutters for a m3 (I'm assuming that's what you have seen for sale)

To be fair I had great reservations about buying from Yorkshire Exclusive cars just outside keighley. He was a 'view by appointment only' dealer as well. By far the best experience in buying a car I have ever had and would use him wherever possible. His selection isnt great but if he had something you wanted feel confident.
He takes it to an independent garage where anything and everything is fixed before sale. When I test drove my Mercedes I thought the steering stuck once in the 20 minute test drive. He hadnt noticed it before and we agreed that if it became a problem post sale he would fix it. Between me putting down a despite and picking it up he was taking it out with the garage looking for a fault. They eventually found it and replaced the whole steering rack before I collected.
He also made good on additional warranty claims later on. No hassle and no problem.

Steve, in 11 years you've not got to grips with the Search function??

That's one of quite a few.

What's wrong with home traders? This is a home trader: http://www.sarahcoxcars.co.uk/
Cracking range of cars, most definitely not a second job. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them.
As for the op's link, possibly keeps his cars in a warehouse and trades from there. Nothing wrong with that, lower overheads for a start, not everybody wants a showroom to run and a big forecourt. Keighley does have a bad rep though so go with your eyes wide open.
