how flaming easy it is!!!!!
I'm one of those lazy *******s that obviously has too much money and not enough brains!
I've been on a SVR mortgage since about 98 when my first 2yr redemption deal ended.
I simply couldn't arsed with transferring or looking at different deals.
Went on-line in Nero's, as you do when drinking a coffee and had a gander at my lenders deals for existing customers. What a **** I've been.
Within 15 mins of being back at home I've just applied for a transfer to a lifetime BoE BR (+1.99%) tracker, that will save me £100 a month!
What a bellend!
Any of you lot on SVR's........ do yourself a favour!!!
I'm the same with all the energy deals...... never looked and never changed.

Yeah sorry.... I was really referring to the norm at which SVR's are at.
I won't go back and calculate how much not doing something like this sooner, has probably cost me..... although this current tracker rate has only just been introduced, so I don't feel too bad. lol

My 2 year fixed buy-to-let mortgage at 4.2% interest ends in November. Hoping I'll be able to get a 2 year fixed but at a 3.5% interest. Before anyone asks why it's so high, a buy-to-let is a different story to a residential mortgage.
