Default Flights to Europe ?

I'm puzzled why I can no longer get a direct flight to Prague, unless I go from London, this is just crazy and a big pain in the ***.
Not even East Midlands or Birmingham do a direct flight anymore, what is the reason for this,2 hour flight has now turned into some tour of effing Europe, stopping in Zurich or some other place I don't want to stop at to get a connecting flight and waiting around for x amount of hours,9 hours with Swiss airlines,4 hours with Lufthansa.
I remember BMI little under 2hour flight straight to prague, now I got all this **** about.
I think it's either put winter tyres on the car and drive back across,or coach it,b0ll0cks to the airlines...

Budget airlines shut down some routes outside of the summer season, so perhaps this is the case?

Stop complaining if you spent more time researching rather than bitching you'd know you can fly from EMA to Prague.... Jet2 will be your friend on this occassion (Thursdays and Sundays). Youre welcome

P.S. try ringing the airport and asking for a schedule. You will then know which airlines to look for last minute cheap deals. Be surprised where you can go for nothing

BMI has been bought by BA and they no longer doing those flights,my brother has work previously for BMI

From Luton you should be able get flights to Prague, many people use Luton/Gatwick or Stansted for cheaper flights(budget)
