The road works on the A43 are terrible, an absolute nightmare I'd allow an hour extra at the very least!

I wouldn't get excited about getting out either, sit tight and watch all the racing, you might aswell, it took me an hour to get from where we'd parked to the road

That settles it then - I'm going on the bike!!

Went to Hinton Airfield nr Silverstone a couple of weeks ago and saw all the roadworks then.

We didn't actually see the works cos we found a shortcut but they're putting a by pass in so I wouldn't imagine they'd be finished any time soon

If I had a bike I'd deffo take it, no doubt about it! I've been pricing up a few things this morning though, so watch this space

Actually watching the bikes yesterday was fantastic I've been to loads of tracks and different events but these boys are something else, briliant I'd love to see the race but there's no way I could cope with the crowds The day overall was spoiled by the traffic though, roadworks.. ok I can accept them I spose, Silverstones car park is inexcusable though, IMO
