I want to ask the following question not because I'm a Ted Bundy fan but more to have an intesting discussion

So you want to find more information on someone but you don't want to pay. With the internet and people being careless how do you work around the blocks etc.

I type in google and can never find anything. I always get Americans.
I look for details on myself (as a tester) and nothing comes up.

I find Yahoo to be better for stalking type searches

Google is only any good these days if you are searching for something affiliated to them
