Is anyone aware of a website that is used by only private landlords?

The WWW is quite S**T when it comes to searching for a house advertised by the owner themselves.

 

Even if you do find one, you will need to register as a business user and log on to get any info.

Oh, and most private landlords use an agent to advertise the property but manage it themselves. try Gumtree

 

Hi, I am looking around the sK12 SK13 SK14 postcodes...

I do check gumtree quite often but find 98% to be agents.

The agents fee,s are a total ripoff! That's why I don't use them.
