I seriously doubt the driver of that car would have walked away, the impact alone would have been enough to break his (or her) spine or neck......

My bro and passenger walked away from this with only a broken wrist,they hit a lampost on the m62 whilst towing a van home,the police said it would have cut a normal car in two

Looking at the car there are no signs of any cuts made for the extracation of the driver. Due to the fact there was no frontal impact there would be very little chance of the driver being trapped and s'pose could have gotten out of the nearside window of the car? Although POC has a point,the internal injuries could have been nasty !

Got to be a bit gutted if you do that! If you get out of something like that you almost want to keep it as a reminder to show on and all how lucky you are to be alive! Hell, I'd build a glass house around it and charge entrance fees for people to look at it!
