Unhappy

Hi guys

I'm looking for some help

Lately I've been suffering from a feeling of lethargy. I don't know what it is but I have no get up and go so I was wandering if any of you would be able give me advice on some possible "pick me ups".

I'm not looking for some miracle cure but something I can take so I dont feel so drained at the end of each day

Thanks for your help

Mike

Maybe you are a little anaemic - get some iron tablets? (Or eat steak and drink guiness every day - that really helps me feel good ) Do some regular exercise!
Good luck,
C

Get your blood sugar checked at the Doctors. Could be high - can be an indicator of Diabetes. Dont mean to scare you but thats what happened to me 13 years ago, as one of the symptoms is lethargy.

i'd check it with your doc rather than using some over the counter "get up and go" - it may be something the doc could help with? and better safe than sorry.

She might be a minger - but If she had a short skirt and nice legs it might be distracting enough ?

Could just be poor diet... I definately notice it when I don't eat right.

There is a lot to be said for balanced meals, eating some fruit everyday, drinking at least 2 ltrs of water etc etc

Don't quote me but I think it's Vitamin B complex that can help release energy from food???

Mike

Can you identify anything wrong in your life - maybe you've recently entered a competition and depsite a very good effort , you've been beaten by someone else ?

maybe you keep failing at something thats important to you and its conusming too much of your time ?

Maybe be re-evaluating your recreational time may help you to find something that you can succeed in and help you relax ?

What about Yoga or Flower arranging ?
