Question Where/How can I watch the Bahrain GP in Germany on Sunday night?

I'll be driving over to Germany on Sunday so will miss the GP. Does anyone know if there are any legal ways to watch a re-run on-line on Sunday evening in Germany?

Cheers

RTL and Sport1 broadcast F1 in Germany.

Sport1 have the highlights on at 16:55, but that's the best I can do.

Not sure what on demand services either channel has.

If you have internet access, download expatshield....
http://expatshield.com/
then you can connect through that and watch BBC i-player.

If you have your lap top with you you should be able to get it on Sky Go should you not?

Depends on available bandwidth for streaming - possible content blocking and data download charges at Swissotel in Dusseldorf-Neuss...

Thanks for the comments so far..

I don't have SKY, so SKY Go is a no-go..

I will look at that expatshield, but since it's a work laptop I doubt I will be able to install anything like this.

If your internet access is via the work's VPN it will be "breaking out" via a UK IP anyway, negating the need of expatshield's proxy access.

A sports bar or hotel tv may be the answer if data download charges by the MB apply anyway

I usually record it at home if I get caught out like that.

I will record it, but I'm leaving at 8am and won't be back until Friday. Not sure I can avoid seeing the results for that long..

What do you mean legally? If you watch a stream in the UK, I can't find anything (only a quick look mind) that says it’s illegal to do so. If you provide the steam however, that's a different kettle of fish. Does receiving stolen goods apply in Cyber Streaming World?

Thanks for the suggestions.

I'm not going to be able to watch it live as I won't be in the hotel until about 6:30pm. Not sure I could get iPlayer in Germany, or avoid seeing the result if I went through the BBC website.

I'll just have to see if there's a bar somewhere that is showing a replay.

Thanks
