On the hunt for a house finally after yrs of saving! Looked at a town house in Beckett gardens bramley but not sure about this new estate. Anyone know what its like?

Aldo looked at chineham. Looks lovely ,brookfield close during the day seemed nice.

Would appreciate some opinions regarding the above areas.

bramley dose not have the best reputation but where dose, most of chineham ok and lychpit good luck

Try Zoopla to get estimated values. I think you can also get stats on the neighbourhood demographics.
