Exclamation Can anyone sort a photograph out for me? orange haze?

We took a picture of my Nan and Daughter a while back, it's quite unusual that my Nan will let anyone take a picture of her, she is pretty camera shy. It turned out to be a nice picture IMO and we intended to print it off and put it in a frame for an Xmas pressie.

When my wife had it printed it came out with a sort of orange haze all over the pic.

I know this should really be in the photography section, but due to the traffic in there I thought I would ask in here. Just in case anyone wants to do me a quick favor so I can get it printed in time for Xmas.

Here is the pic.

It doesn't really show up on the screen, but on paper it looks horrible.

This might be a bit better but it is the indoor lighting giving the colour cast

Cookstar, check your camera: on some, you can do a white balance for any sort of lighting, set it appropriately and avoid this next time
