Hg postcode and drink drivers
Seems like Harrogate has the most drink drivers in the uk

The last wee village I used to live in didn't seem to mind that everyone would drink and drive, it was just the done thing. Similarily car tax and insurance were optional. Funnily it was also the safest place I've lived with the nicest people as neighbours, even the village drunk was a good chap who kept an eye out for trouble makers.
