2 people complained and the advert gets banned

so if 2 people complain, if 3 people complain about the ban will it be overturned?

wow, that is really sad, some people really have no life if they feel the need to complain about this advert, in my opinion the advert just signifies him breaking free from a digitally controlled world, which is what the car is about, no electronic assists etc. some adverts currently on tv are a lot worse than this one

Who ARE these $hit-stirring do-gooders? They seem to be everywhere today.

One of the replies which sums it up for most people with a life;

GOOD. This morning as a result of watching this advert i drove my car through the local supermarkets front window to look as cool as this video does. As a grown adult i have a total lack of realisation of what is real and what is not and adverts influence all my actions. NO THIS IS A LIE, as i like all other Adults understand its just an advert. Ridiculous!!!
Quite.

I was more offended by the advert on youtube with women & kids dancing about trying to sell me clothes than the car advert

So the UK public can be protected from an advert but not from suspected terrorists and murderers. This country really needs to get a grip.

Isnt there a car ad (nissan juke ? ) where its jumping all over the joint ? And i remember a Corsa ad where the cars played hide n seek , hooning about. And there is one now where all the cars have coloured smoke flares out the windows. These are all worse than the ad in question as they are "real" where as the other is a "virtual" world. In fact , car ads are so random these days those people could complain about most of them !

In fairness , i copy the car ads by tinting all my windows , just like they do

Still available on utube, so I'll link to it...

Nothing wrong with it IMO. Almost every advert can be accused of glamourising something in someway.

I don't think it actually proved anything worth shouting about anyway.
