sky man where are you???
Recently upgraded my skyhd box to have movies and 2 weeks in we have noticed that lets say we record a pg film on demand. hit play and it will be an 18 horror and proper scary
Just phoned sky and they said do a reset but once again I go onto the demand option, select most popular for van helsin and low and behold it plays some 1980's film. - The information box that comes up and still says van helsin 2010 blah blah blah
The woman on the phone seemed not to have a clue.
Our box is showing 94% complete with 3 films & 3 programes ( with 5 due to record)
HELP

How old is the box?
We had all sorts of problems with our old box - I even changed the power supply (common fault on old Thomson boxes) and upgraded the hard drive. The box finally gave up the ghost and the Sky man replaced the box straight away.
Only thing I've noticed on the new boxes is they don't have the 5v output so you can't use a magic eye for another TV.
