How are your ***** doing andi?

I can't understand taking roids or T myself. I've never felt the need even when I was in the gym a lot a few years back.

I worked at one place where a few of them were doing roids. One had a massive abscess from the injections. None of them looked especially cut or fit. It was more like a half arsed quick fix for them instead of dedicated training.

This.

An awful lot of sporting achievement is down to genetics. My sisters last boyfriend was ripped with big bulging muscles and beyond being generally quite a physical guy, he never worked out. That's genetics. An interesting book on the subject is "Body by Science" by Doug McGuff.

This is the best advice anyone can be given.

Also genetics will play a huge role as alluded to by Saxo Boy. A mutation in the gene Alpha Actinin 3 inhibits muscle growth, this affects large numbers of the world population.
