Not every bodybuilder is a steroid junky, some of us like the rewards of hard earnt gains that takes years to develop. I've bin training around 5 Years am currently on a cutting diet to get bodyfat down currently at 10 percent hoping to make that 7 in the next couple of months. I'll check out ur forum mate

No, but thanks for the offer! There is a lot of contradictive advice on the internet these days.....Everyone has their own way of doing things as were all different......I guess you just have to find what works for you best and stick too it?!?!

I can't understand taking roids or T myself. I've never felt the need even when I was in the gym a lot a few years back.
I worked at one place where a few of them were doing roids. One had a massive abscess from the injections. None of them looked especially cut or fit. It was more like a half arsed quick fix for them instead of dedicated training.

An awful lot of sporting achievement is down to genetics. My sisters last boyfriend was ripped with big bulging muscles and beyond being generally quite a physical guy, he never worked out. That's genetics. An interesting book on the subject is "Body by Science" by Doug McGuff.

im a passionatebodybuilder, but the name of the forum does put me off a bit tbh mate.
im no lunatic tbh lol, even as a jkey type name - its ot really what i like to associate myselfwith. but good luck with it
