Anyone know much about "Open Access Land" and/or CRoW?
Just trying to work out if a land owner can add further restrictions to the general restrictions issued by Defra?

I dont think a land owner can, if they do you can just report them, they should not block any right of way/public footpath etc or bar it off.

Contact the ROW people at the County Council. They should be easy to find and are generally very helpful.
