Default Least used FM Frequencies ??

As per title, I have one of those transmitters for listening to music on the radio, but being a lorryist it's not long before I bump into a signal, does anyone know what frequencies are rarely used, or better still never used ??

Cheers

Am a truck driver too, and use 87.5 and hardly any probs. Can get a bit funny round Birmingham though with another station butting in, but fine everywhere else.

I just bought one of these yesterday as my present car has no i-pod connectivity. I've been using 87.9.

Surely you mean VHF frequencies as FM is a type of modulation not a frequency band

I would imagine he was taking about vhf frequencies which use frequency modulation. That style of modulation is not confined to VHF frquencies anyway.
