We have our car insurance with Keith Michaels, the last rise on the MR2 was £30, around 9%

Our old Honda went up by around £15.00, around 6% (since sold)

Our premiums have never gone up by more than 10% ever (no accidents/claims/speeding tickets) since being with them, in fact it has gone down once or twice.

Ring A Plan if you can be bothered - they quoted me a good price but didn't bother to post me the quote as I asked. So, I'm still with Keith Michaels, who beat A Plan's price anyway! So, if you want a good quote try Gary at Keith Michaels.

Agree for a regular car L & V are usually very competitive. Also helpful on the phone if you do have a problem. dl

Too many people claiming for non existent injuries such as "whiplash" etc. and we are paying extra for it!

Too true, accidents going down but claims for personal injuries going up. Work that one out.

Perhaps motorists could be given an option in that they agree not to make a claim for injury less than say £3000 and get cheaper insurance as this would stop the ridiculous "whiplash" con.
