I too have just got a very competative quote from LV... I'm paying £695 on my 02 PPP wrx with A-plan but am just about to buy a hawkeye wrx SL or a hawkeye Sti.... LV came back with £495 on the wrx and £625 on the Sti fully comp. Ive asked my current insurers about a quote and they can't get them down that low... HOWEVER... they gave me a quote for the 06 WRX SL which is cheaper that what i'm paying them now.

When i asked them why it was cheaper to insure a newer, faster, more expensive car with them they couldn't really give me an answer.

Strangely I'm in warrington too as is speedking. Has anyone dealt with LV? How did you find them?

 

****. I even get a Union discount through work. I phoned them ONCE and they gave me the dearest quote I`ve ever had since driving!
