If its definately seperated skin that wont reseat itself, pop in the centre, then use masking tape to cover over.

Masking tapes good (the white papery stuff) because it sticks to skin well but not to wet stuff like fresh under skin stuff.

Pop it, peel the skin off when it dies and stick a compeed on it

After you pop it, suck the juice out... It's good for you.

Then after you cut the skin away lick it with a flick effect.
