Several England football players miss training due to ..... blisters? WTF?!
WTF?
Football players missing training due to blisters? Blisters are surely only a problem after a long period of non-playing, and/or new shoes?
What next? SAS soldiers fail in fight in Iraq due to taking week off to let their blisters recover

No idea if it's relevant, but I'd like to point out that it's like an oven out here at present.

What was Heskes' excuse?
Perhaps a blister on the brain - I have heard this would disrupt rational thought and make you tackle a player from behind, just on the edge of the box.
