Question blistered tyre?

I hit a big road hole yesterday and one of my tires 225/45 17 GSD3 has a little blister on it. It is very small almost negligible probably would not have noticed it at all if I didnt examine my car carefully afterwards. My question is what do I do now? Do I leave it as it is quite small and I presume it is safe or do I replace the tyre? Mind you its a reasonably new set (had it for 3 000 miles) and I cant afford to change all the tyres. Someone told me that shouldnt change just one tyre since the car is 4x4?!

help much appreciated

If i were you i would get it checked out. As for the wear factor if you have only done 3k you should be ok.

Cheers Red.
