I remember when C4 started, and they made the claim, that there would never be sport on all channels at any time.
Yeah right, lost count when stuff cover all four channels
Why do we have to waste two channels showing 22 primadonna's running round a but of turf..
who cares who wins? its not going to make the blindest bit of difference lol

Has it finished yet? The pub was lovely and quiet tonight, no televisions, no *******, good ale.
Back on topic, I think they were also planning on showing it on Eurosport. I seem to recall seeing something about it as I was scrolling through, looking for motorsport at lunchtime.

BBC HD for me;
Only because ITV HD on Virgin doesn't transmit in Dolby 5.1 and I can't be arsed to grab teh telly remote and flick it over to freesat/freeview (Tivo remote controls everything...usually)
(the surround from the stadium drowns out the commmentators )

a) Football fans are so thick they can't grasp the concept of he football coverage alternating between channels and hence could have missed the final if they were stuck on the wrong channel.
or
b) Football fans are so thick they think if their preferred team is losing on one channel they might be winning on the other.
