But if u want 2 kill your slugs good & proper
As I doubt they would go beside your salt walls

Put some porridge oats beside your door , inside & out
They love them - only they are toxic to slugs & snails ( true)
They will calmly eat them then die in extreme ( pain)

Dnt know about the extreme part - but they will def die

Ah the slug, a much maligned gastropod. You might get squeamish at the sight of a slug's slime but it's a fascinating substance. It can hold huge amounts of information and also has analgeisic properties.

My mum hates slugs. There was a time when they were getting into the house as there were quite a few in the garden.

She got so paranoid and OCD about it that everytime she went shopping she bought a bottle of slug pellets...even though there was already a full bottle on the shelf in the shed.

There was a point when there were ten full bottles of slug pellets on the shelf FFS.

I get huge slugs coming in my house, they are massive, sort of white in colour colour. They don't look like the typical garden dark coloured slug. First time I ever saw them was the day my son was born, I came back from the hospital about 3am, turnd the kitchen light on and there was 3 or 4 on the kitchen floor. They come out at night from under the cupboards and are so vile. If you look closely at them they have hundreds of tiny mites running all over their bodies!

The easiest way n cheapest n safest for pets is half a can of beer at the end of the garden. The slugs love it and drown drunk ....

I have loads of slugs coming into my house, every night I throw 5 / 6 out the back door .. apparently they are toxic to dogs and cats too ..
