Name the restaurant brand/chain
Afternoon folks.
I've had another of the regular head-hunting emails through again today, but I'd like your help in working out which brand/chain it is. I don't think I'm familiar with one like this, I can normally work out who they are from the emails.

2012 will be an exciting year for this fun brand, they plan to open at least 2 more sites as they set their sights on global domination – but let’s start with Nottingham!!!
They serve great quality Caribbean themed food and cocktails in excellently decorated units but their brand is still in its early days so they are looking for operators who want to bring their own ideas to the business.

No, you deserve the congrats. I heard they offered you one of two jobs, either Chief Pork Jerker or Chief Chicken Jerker, but you couldn't make your mind up which you enjoyed jerking more
But hey, as long as you are getting paid to jerk your meat all day who cares?
