Sex with your dead wife!
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...TER-death.html
It's in the Mail, so not too sure of the truth, but one has to ask: if you've been married for years would you notice the difference?

And reducung the age of consent to 14 ...
What I wonder is that with all that is going on in that country, who on earth sits down and goes "Right, lets forget about the civil unrest and get on with making having sex with your dead wife legal .. "

Putting the "Fun" in Funeral !
Cant imagine many would actually want to, I would imagine that grief would quell any urges, quite apart from ******** a corpse, then there are the practicalities, potentially disease, being in hospital, her being injured could be messy, it is just horrific really and I cant beleive they need a law, surely a kiss on the cheek, forehead or holding is physically as much of a goodbye as anyone needs.
Think the Islamic world needs to concentrate on it's treatment of women who are still alive before inventing rules about defiling the dead ones, wonder how many will get their wives killed so they can get a **** ?

Reminds me of that Joke from Basketball when one of the players is trying to psych out another.
"Hey Tully; your girlfriend's deaf"
"My girlfriend is dead you little twerp"
"Oh.....well, I guess that's why she didn't move around much"

Not really hence the pondering of the practicalities of it, people generally arent that different and for most having sex with a dead partner isnt top of their agenda regardless of religous bakground, hence why I couldt see the need for a law.
I do maintain that the Islamic world needs to improve their treatment of women as it is from the dark ages in certain (not all) quarters

its a load of bull **** that article, anyone versed in islamic law knows the rituals you should do upon the death of a wife or family member.
and roughly it's (depending on what country your in etc.)
After the person passes away, his mouth should be kept CLOSED by fastening a piece of material around his chin and over his head, his eyes should also be closed. Both feet should be tied together with a similar piece of cloth, and the body covered with a clean sheet.
Nowhere does it say you should bone your wife and give her a farewell grinding! A husband isnt even allowed to perform the bath of his wife before burial nevermind be allowed to **** her.
what a load off bollocks seriously.
and roughly it's (depending on what country your in etc.)
1. Obtain a doctor's certificate.
2. Obtain a burial order.
3. Obtain a death certificate.
4. If the body is to be removed from one Municipality to another, (e.g. from Umzinto to Durban) then it is necessary to obtain a REMOVAL ORDER from the police of the town in which the death took place.
5. If the death is due to unnatural causes (e.g. drowning or a motor accident, etc.) then one must comply with the legal requirements.
6. Inform relatives and friends of the death and of the time of Funeral.
7. Prepare the Grave.
8. Wash the Dead Body.
9. Put on the Shroud/or burial cloths.
10. Arrange transport if the cemetery is at a distance.

Islam as far I understand does not condone cruelty, subjugation and maltreatment of women or any person for that matter. Where this does happen (generally in poor, backward and undeveloped places) it should not be accepted as an act perpetrated under the banner of Islam. It should rightly be reviled and lambasted for the uncivilised and inhumane practice that it is.
