There's a lot of clued up people with bikes on here, so instead of 'jacking that other thread, thought i'd ask.

6'3" 15st, so i should be looking at a 20" (?)

My budget is £350-£450. I'm probably wanting to get a second hand one, or older model so i get more bike for my money. Hardtail is what i'm after, with lockout for a little road work. Although if there's a good deal on a full suspension, i wouldn't ignore it.

I'll be doing mainly forest trial work BikeJoring with the dog, although some harder mountain blasts occasionally.

Apart from eBay, is there a good second hand source?

I like Cube, Merida and a few Giant bikes, open to suggestions/ recommendations.
