Default Another question re Company in Administration and goods title

Ok another question re Company in Administration

Customer has ordered, been invoiced and paid for approx 150k of goods from Company X who has or is just going into administration (ie papers filed etc)

Customer has only had some of the goods (about 20k of them)

Some 'alternate' goods have been purchased by Company X and give them to Customer as a dying gesture as its better than nothing

However those goods were delivered direct from supplier to Customer and Company X now in administration has and had no intention of paying for those goods

Who owns the title to those goods ?

Can the supplier demand them back from the Customer ? being that the customer has already paid Company X for them

Possibly, depends on suppliers terms and conditions of trade and if those terms have in fact been incorporated into the contract of supply

Because it sounds like it's 'you' who is filing for bankruptcy and lifting the legs on the suppliers
If it's just someone you work for why all the questions and what has it to do with you
If you are that bothered about your so called 'boss' doing the dirty.....find a new job
Nothing personal like

LOL it certainly isn't me filing for bankruptcy

It has a lot to do with me as the above customer has been a personal friend and customer for at least the last 15 years

Dedrater I'm not sure why you would love to know who I am on here and why it would make any difference to you ? Seems a bit strange that's all

Donny I love my job and working with 'some' of the people there, finding another job is not that easy

I would love to setup on my own and take all the customers but I wouldn't be able to afford the legal fees from being sued and getting new customers is half the reason the company has gone into adminstration

I know Donny, I said in my other post that I would prefer the company to shutdown and to there to be no newco (that way I could setup on my own and take all the customers with no legal action )

From what I have seen / heard / know there is no cash left at all so this payday will be interesting (wednesday) especially as newco has approx 200k of orders to fulfill that this time havent been pre-invoiced as there is now no factoring company at the moment

If I could walk I would have already and wouldn't be posting on here

I agree and its a word I have used many many times this last few weeks too

If I had enough useable evidence I would use it but sadly I don't

and thanks, i'm sure things will work out

Also the reason for asking this question in this thread is that I don't want the goods being taken back from the Customer
