I remember a mate showing me of of these.. It was of a little girl in the back of a car speaking very quietly.. So you naturally turn the speakers up to max.. Then the face turns to something extreamly scary and the noise is so loud it makes you poop...

Trouble with this one is he hides just long enough for you to be looking very hard to find what your looking for and concentrating on everything par whats might be coming.
