Have you tried doing an Google search for them? We've lost instructions for loads of stuff and always managed to find them on the net, usually as pdf files

no they wouldnt

your fat gut wont be effected by contracting the muscles under the fat- the fat may wobble while you electrocution takes place but thats about it.

the best you can hope for is an increase in size/tone to the underlying muscle that will improve the shape of the area.

so point one is you wont loose fat by using it (if you increase your muscle mass dramaticaly then your metabolic rate may increase and so you will burn up a bit of fat as a side effect)

point two- do they effect the muscle anyway? hmmm- in theory they do/should do- i have one and it gave the same feeling as exercise (inc. post exercise soreness) but a kick in the belly makes the area sore- dont mean its exercise.

i would say if you have the time do it proper (crunches etc) if you dont have the time then you havent got much to loose by giving it a go)

Tiggs

ps- just to make it real clear- contracting a muscle doesnt burn fat in that area in any meaningfull way. its like trying to empty just one end of a bath.

pps- mike, i just reread your post- alchol, lots of calories but no nutritional use at all so bear in mind when you go for your run you will spend x% of it just burning of the calories from your drink which gave you no other benifit.

andi,

i didnt want to pitch it over the heads of the anyone who might go out and buy a box to electrocute their fat gut rather than get out of the sofa, put down the beer and go for a jog

ROFL! Top diagrams.
These things seem awful sad and useless to me (please tell me if they work and I'll be hooked up immediately!!!), but the best thing has to be all the adverts for them on those Sky shopping channel - I'm sure the people doing them are straight off the Budweiser 'wig advert' :

what have i started with this thread, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i reckon they do work, but i do go to the gym regularly but wanted to see if something like this would give a little extra on the days i cannot make the gym,

it's like they say , on its own no use but with a number of factors introduced it should work.

as for the drawings,

tiggs are you on payroll for simpsons characters
