Small bench buffer

Buy a bench grinder and fit a buffing wheel?
I purchased a "budget" branded bench grinder (now branded Silverline) for £11.70 from Makro (which included two grinding wheels). Then spent another £10 on a buffing wheel. only issue is the guard cover wouldn't fit, but then it only gets in the way so I would have removed it anyway
Ok because its only 150watts, it has about as much torque as Impreza caught in 5th gear off-boost (i.e none ), but a bench grinder with a bigger motor would easily address that.
